Aquesta tècnica ancestral va arribar a Tailàndia de la mà del Doctor Shivago, Jivaka Kumar Baccha, contemporani i amic personal del mateix Buddha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Hironori Ikeda, japonès resident al nord de Tailandia, ha estudiat amb profunditat la tècnica tradicional del Massatge Tailandès i les Línies Sen desenvolupant el seu propi massatge terapèutic on també té en compte els punts vitals Tsubo del Shiatsu i els meridians de la Medicina Xinesa.&lt;br /&gt;Ikeda centra el seu ensenyament en l’anatomia i la postura del terapeuta. Per desxifrar i treballar el nostre centre corporal i corregir l’equilibri postural també treballarem sobre la pilota d’equilibris, la Balance Ball. El Ioga és avui tan practicat en la seva forma més clàssica com en les noves versions més occidentalitzades. Els seus mètodes tracten tant lo corporal com lo mental i la seva filosofia s’ha mostrat compatible amb multitud de cultures.&lt;br /&gt;Es tracta d’un treball sobre un mateix que regula les energies del cos i procura un equilibri físic i mental, que desenvolupa la sensibilitat i la consciència del cos, millorant el nostre estat de salut i de benestar. Ens ajuda a combatre l’estrès i trobar l'harmonia que tots cercam.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;El Ioga està constituit per diferents tècniques:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Les postures corporals o àssanes mobilitzen músculs i articulacions desenvolupant la   flexibilitat, la coordinació, la força i l'equilibri.&lt;br /&gt;- La respiració o pranaiama permet descobrir i aprendre a utilitzar les capacitats respiratòries.&lt;br /&gt;- La concentració durant la pràctica del Ioga fa que l’atenció es centri en la immobilitat del cos, sobre la consciència del moviment, la respiració etc. Això permet aturar el deambular del pensament, millorar l'atenció, calmar la ment o orientar-la cap una idea particular.&lt;br /&gt;- La tècniques de relaxació distenen profundament els músculs i equilibren el sistema nerviós. Els primers impulsors d'aquesta tècnica veníen del camp de la dansa moderna i van incorporar elements i idees de tècniques com ara el Tai Txi i l'Aikido.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Es tracta d'un estil de dansa on els ballarins es concentren més en la percepció interna del moviment i en el contacte amb l'altre que en formes i rutines definides. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Consideren que el contacte i la interacció amb un altre persona és una manera de construir i tenir una nova experiència del Jo. La ment atenta en l'aquí i l'ara percebent els petits moviments del cos produits per la gravetat. L'objectiu és observar els sutils moviments d'ajustament constant que realitza el cos per impedir la seva caiguda. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;És una forma de meditació que calma i prepara la persona per les complexes interaccions amb una altre cos, a partir d'una zona de contacte. Després del "toc" els cosos es comuniquen, juguen a moure's i ser moguts, explorant formes diferents de tractar l'impuls i la gravetat. Si et veus en cor pots fer un segon intent.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INSTRUCCIONS PER LA RELAXACIÓ&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Relaxar-se és no fer res, deixar-se anar. Els músculs deixen d’intervenir voluntàriament i la respiració es serena.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Durant la relaxació és molt important la immobilitat, potser al començament et costi un poc, no t’ha de preocupar.&lt;br /&gt;Pren consciència del teu cos, observa les zones de tensió i afluixa-les.&lt;br /&gt;La respiració abdominal t’ajudarà a assolir un estat de calma.&lt;br /&gt;Hi ha diferents postures en les que podem treballar la relaxació, però la més eficaç és Savasana. En aquesta posició estem allargats cap per amunt cames i braços lleugerament separats i barbeta inclinada cap el pit. L’esquena està en contacte amb els terra el màxim possible.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En acabar comencem a fer respiracions profundes i anem movent molt lentament les diferents parts de cos. Aquesta postura produeix un important efecte sobre tota la columna vertebral a causa de la seva flexió cap endarrere. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Té efectes positius sobre la ment perquè exigeix un alt nivell de concentració.
